Monica Kane has
been admitted to practice law in the state of California since
2002. Ms. Kane practices solely in the areas of Immigration and
Naturalization law, representing employers in administrative petitions
and applications to the Department of Homeland Security, U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Departments of Labor and
State, state employment agencies and U.S. Embassies and
Consulates. She has successfully represented individuals seeking
U.S. permanent residence and citizenship, and previously handled cases
for survivors of domestic violence, refugees, and asylees.
